Established in 1854 by J. West Martin, a Regent of the University of California, Reinstein Ranch is one of the oldest continuously operating ranches in Northern California. The Ranch House, approximately 120 years old, carries a wraparound porch, 12-foot ceilings, and the proportions of a home built by people who intended to be somewhere permanently. What the ranch carries today: 30 boarding horses across four barns, with infrastructure supporting up to 90. One of the oldest operating equestrian properties in the Livermore Valley — in continuous use since the 1850s. Multiple tenanted residential structures producing income from the first day of ownership. All structures are currently tenanted. The Ranch House is the principal residence and is not tenanted.
